With a a couple of new products coming out in early 2012 to promote (first faux pas…apparently we need the magic number 3 in there somewhere), this whitepaper caught my eye: The Presentation Secrets of Steve Jobs by Carmine Gallo of BusinessWeek.com. The overriding message I am taking away is this:

“Nobody cares about your product. They only care about how your product or service will improve their lives. Make the connection for your customers. Don’t leave them guessing.”
