VMWare High Availability

This is VMWare High Availability function, similar to load balancing but concentrating on availability. Within a VMWare Cluster there are two instances of the server running simultaneously with the intention that if one hardware ESX host fails there is another instance running which resumes within microseconds – resulting in no downtime for your server.
